I would like to join... I only have 81 pop, but that will change if I can be accepted here. I am in the NW, and am very active.

Plus, I know dracomaster from s5... Very Happy

We will be merging with SVA NW. (we keep our leadership Smile practically taking the NW over) I could probably get you in. An explanation may need to be sent to somebody... I don't really know their rules yet.
